WHEN IT HURTS SO BAD

OH NO! GOD DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ME. WHY DID I FAIL MY EXAMS? WHY DID I LOSE MY COUSIN? IF GOD WAS REALLY, THERE I COULD HAVE GOTTEN THAT LONG SOUGHT ADMISSION INTO LAG. OH, GOD IS NOT THERE AND I HAVE MADE UP MY MIND TO QUIT GOD!!!!!

Take a closer look at those sentences above and look into your heart have there been times you said it was bye to God? Have there been times you felt lonely and made up your mind you were going back to the world

Please dont do that! I know how it feels to be hurt cos I have been hurt myself several times. I have had to go through insurmountable situations that I hardly thought I was going to over with them. However, I thank God its all over now. Listen, the magnitude of your problems is inconsequential before God but rather what HE is interested in is the magnitude of your courage and wisdom to handle those same problems. Am I making sense to you?

Take some time out and trust God to see you through your problems, after all, HE said cast all your cares on Him for He cares for you.

Did you fail your exams? Have you just lost that thing or person precious to you and it seems to you that God is so malicious to have allowed such?

Are you trusting God for that admission and it does not seem to be gaining momentum in happening? So many things are going wrong in your family and it seems God is deaf when you pray

No! God is not deaf. Rather the hurts you feel are just part of Gods articulated vision and plan to make you a better person in life. Common God is interested in you and all your affairs. Do not give up ok

Your failures are meant to push you into the realm of supernatural wisdom and success. Stop crying over your failures cos that will only worsen it all. Rather consider your ways in God and begin to discover your potentials in the area you have just failed.

My vision is to make you perceive those hidden treasures God has so much deposited into your life do not waste it. You were born to be great and meant for the top, take charge of your affairs and rule over hurt.

When next hurt resurges with its ugly face again, tell it to that face ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

Remember, Gods thought for you are for good not of evil, to give you your expected end

(Jer29 vs. 11). So when it hurts so badly. Remember Jer 29:11 and tell hurt IT CAME TO THE WRONG DOOR!

GOD WILL CARRY YOU

The Lord will never leave us

Nor forsake us

He promised he would be with us through it all

It often seems He is walking right beside us as

He guides us through our problems large and small

However, there are times we cannot just feel His

Presence

When the road is so rough, then we need

Him the more

We wonder why we are so alone and helpless

Why His hand is not there to lead us as before

However, if we listen quietly, He will tell us

Take a moment and remember what I said.

If you fail to see me walking right beside you, it is because

I have you in my arms instead

For together we will cross the

Highest mountain

Together we will face the stormy sea

You are never alone!

You are never hopeless!

I will carry you

Let go and lean on me.

He be necessary

After I had gotten to bed, but just before I got to bed and slept

I sat to think to myself, and I was like What happens now?

What happens after the all the pain and now the sun is down?

What happens after yall give yall lives

And yall no longer have to strive

Strive to be loved, accepted, or perfect

What happens after yall looked in the mirror

You see a cute girl, a handsome boy and furthermore

Your future is bright now and opened is a new door

What happens after the next issue

Your family and friends see a new and improved you or

You are with friends and no longer feel inferior

Darling, what happens now? You're now superior

You dont have no fury or no guilt, no shame, no feelings or

There's no depression, you see, there's no more confusion,

No friction, no limitations, no litigation, nor crazy situations

You are free and whoever the spirit has set free is free indeed. So you are FREE

So you want to know what happens??

I dont know, cant nobody tell me what happens.

All I know is now He-be-necessary

He be necessary people!

You see, He be necessary to me like the sun is necessary so that it becomes day

He be necessary to me like my clothes are necessary for me so that I am not labelled mad for walking naked in the streets

He be necessary like my shirt is necessary for warmth,

my shoes are necessary for comfort

my hands are necessary for movement

and my life necessary for commitment to serving him

so you see He-be-necessary!

So after reading this article, know that God is necessary so that He can abide in you and become your perfect example, to make things simple, so that you can begin to nibble on the blessings that he has in store for you

Let go and Let God for He-be-necessary

Through all these, I hope that you understand me, that you are not confused by me

And my poem that is designed for you, is for you to conceptualize the reason why God is necessary in your life, so get it quick cos He-be-necessary

He is necessary to us now to save us, to keep us, to promote us, to love us and care for us, to wash us, to help us, to provide and to carry usso in everything you do my people. In whatever your situation may be, whatever it may be all I can say to you and cant nobody tell me that he aint, is that He-be-necessary!!!! And that is Jesus.

RENEWING YOUR MIND THROUGH THE WORD OF GOD

If you have the fear to make a decision and you step out of God, then you have an inferiority complex, which is a symptom of an unrenewed mind.

Do you know who you are? What you are made of? Do you have an idea of the power that has been invested into you? What are those things hindering you from reaching out to people and to God?

Do you know you are in control of your mind?

Abnormal compulsion to perfection may be one of the problems; you expect an unreasonable amount of perfection in yourself and in everyone around you. Probably your own is: Can you listen to other peoples opinion? Can you stand it when other people attack your pet theories or ideas? You go into a cold shell and hide yourself in there. Or have you done something wrong and you are running away from God? Are you the type that looks for an opportunity to find things wrong about a person? Are you difficult to get along with?

If your answer is yes to any of this, then you truly, sincerely and humbly need to renew you mind. Run fast to God. Renew and cleanse your mind with the Word of God. You have to programme the Word of God into yourself as a computer. You can resist all temptations with the word of God regardless of how you feel or what you see and the devil will flee from you.

All you need do is allow the thoughts of the scriptures be your own thoughts. This means you should study the Bible and confess those words into your life and before long it becomes a part of you and you constantly remind yourself of what God has said in His word concerning you.

REMEMBER: James 4: 7-8

Submit yourself therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Draw nigh to God and He will draw nigh to you

You can only submit to God and draw nigh to Him when you know who He is. And you can only know who God is by studying His Word. God said He has exalted His Word above all His names. So if God is saying His Word is more important than His names, then you cannot do without studying His Word and that is the only way we can renew our mind.

Its after then the devil will flee because you now know the power that you have on the inside of you.

Renewing you mind through the Word of God simply means taking time to go back to what God has said in time past, what He is saying now and what He is about to say (Remember that He never changes, He is the same yesterday, today and forever. So is His Word too).

Then you look at what the devil is saying to you and you do a comparison. You will always discover as a sensitive child of God that Gods word is life and true, sharper than any two-edged sword. So you are to choose Gods word and begin to study and live it out in your daily Christian life by confessing it boldly. Josh1: 8

Renewal of your mind should be a daily thing. Always remind yourself of what God is saying about your situation and you can only know what God is saying by reading, studying and meditating on His word.

God will surely stand by you all the way.

Faith can be defined as" the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen" (Heb11v1). Before we gave our lives to Christ we were given the hope that by doing so; 1)we would make heaven 2) be able to live a holy life 3) be able to communicate one on one with God .
There was nothing physical to convince us this would be possible, but we we believed and got saved. It shows us that salvation is not by works, but by faith. One important thing is this , faith not put into action is not faith at all before God.James2v17 tells us that "faith without works is dead being alone" . If you claim to be saved and people around you do not see it then your faith is non-exsistent, raising doubts about your salvation. I am not saying that you have to live right by your power, no it is not possible, if it were Jesus wouldn't die for us. Because of he who comes into us when we believe in Christ , confess our sins, repent of them and accept Jesus our Lord and saviour, we are able to live right before God , Eph1v13, am talking about the HolySpirit.

Living right demonstrates our faith concerning our salvation, but not living right makes our faith non-exsistent. Faith is so important ,that without it you cannot please God ,Heb11v6,thus its absence puts our prayer life i.e our relationship with God, in a bad position . It makes it non-exsistent.

If you are not born again and you are reading this article , I implore you
to heed my plea and surrender to Jesus. God loves you that is why he gave
his son for you, man was created to fellowship with God, to live as an
immortal, to live in perfect peace, harmony and love. But when Adam and
Eve sinned by disobeying God in the garden of eden , man was cut off from
God, every good thing was corrupted . God still loved man and still loves man, that is why he gave us Jesus, so that by his death we are brought back to

FEAR NOT!

· That night the Lord appeared to him and said, I am the God of your Forefather Abraham. Do not be afraid, for I am with you. I will bless you and increase the number of your descendants for the sake of my servant Abraham.

· Then Moses answered the people, 'do not be afraid.' Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring to you today. The Egyptians you see today, you shall see them no more.

· Do not rule over them ruthlessly, but fear the Lord our God.

· See, your Lord your God has given you the land. Go up and take possession of it as the Lord your God of your Fathers told you. Do not be afraid, do not be discouraged.

· Do not be afraid of them, the Lord your God will fight for you.

· And now, O Israel, what does the Lord your God ask of you, but to fear the lord your God, to walk in all his ways, to love him to serve him to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul.

· Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them. For the Lord your God goes with you. He will never leave you nor forsake you.

· Their children who do not know the law, must hear it and learn to fear the Lord as long as you live in the land, you're crossing the Jordan to possess.

· When you have taken the city, set it on fire, do what the Lord has commanded. See it that you have my orders.

· But the Lord said to him," Peace! Do not be afraid, you're not going to die."

· Be sure to fear the Lord and to serve him fearfully with all your heart. Consider the great things he has done for you.

· We will not have to fight this battle. Take up your positions; stand firm and see the deliverance the Lord will give you. Do not be afraid. Go out and face them tomorrow and the Lord will be with you.

· Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you're with me, your rod and your staff, they comfort me.

· But the eyes of the Lord are on those who fear him, on those whose hope is in his unfailing love.

· The nations will fear the name of the Lord, all the Kings of the earth will revere his glory.

· To fear the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and all who follow his precepts have good understanding.

· The Lord is with me, I will not be afraid, what can man do to me.

· Fear of man will prove to be a snare, but whosoever puts his trust in the Lord is kept safe.

· Say to those with fearful hearts, be strong and do not fear, your God will come. He will come with vengeance and divine retribution, he will come to save me.

· Do not be afraid, for I am with you. I will bring your children from the east, and gather you from the west.

· Do not be afraid, you will not suffer shame. Do not fear disgrace, you'll not be humiliated. You'll forget the shame of your youth and remember no more the reproach of your widowhood.

· There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives away fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.

PRAYER CAN BE DEFINED SIMPLY AS COMMUNICATION WITH GOD. ITS A THING WE AS BELIVERS DO, FROM TIME TO TIME. BUT HOW OFTEN WE DO IT VARIES. MOST BELIEVERS THINK THAT ITS ONLY SOMETHING TO DO IN THE MORNING, DURING THE DAY WHEN WE NEED SOMETHING FROM GOD AND AT NIGHT WHEN WE ARE GOING TO BED.

NOW I HAVE DEFINED PRAYER AS COMMUNICATION WITH GOD. THIS COMMUNICATION HAS BEEN TAKEN AS A ONE WAY COMMUNICATION I.E PEOPLE TALK TO GOD & DONT EXPECT HIM TO ANSWER , SO WHEN THEY FINISH THEY MOVE ON EVEN FORGETTING WHAT THEY JUST DID. WHILE, OTHERS , SIMPLY PUT THEIR MIND IN A STATE OF OF ONLY RECOGNIZING WHAT THEY WANT AS THE EXPECTED ANSWER , WHICH MIGHT NOT BE GOD'S REPLY TO THEIR PRAYERS.

FOR SOME OF COMMUNICATION TO EXSIST BTW PEOPLE, IT INDICATES A RELATIONSHIP. RELATIONSHIPS CAN BE CASUAL OR PERSONAL. NOW WE CAN DEFINE A CHRISTIANS PRAYER LIFE AS HIS OR HER RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD. THEREFORE YOUR PRAYER LIFE IS A PERFECT INSTRUMENT FOR MEASURING HOW MUCH PROGRESS U HAVE MADE I YOUR CHRISTIAN WALK. LOOK AT YOUR PRAYER LIFE & EVALUATE WHERE U STAND WITH GOD IN THIS WALK, HOW FAR HAVE U GONE.

ONE REASON WHY THE PRAYER LIVES OF SOME CHRISTIANS IS BELOW AVERAGE, IS BECAUSE, THEY PUT TO MUCH FORMALITY & FEAR INTO PRAYER. WE ARE EXPECTED TO FEAR GOD, YES, BUT AT THE SAME TIME BE BOLD WHEN COMING BEFORE THE THRONE OF GRACE, BECAUSE HE IS OUR FATHER HEB 4:16. TO BE CONTINUED...
